Father Engagement Manager

Steven is a graduate of Liberty University with an Undergraduate Degree in Religion. He received his Master's Degree in Church Planting and Evangelism from the Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He served as a Church Planter in Terre Haute, Indiana from 2000-2006; As the National Evangelism Missionary in Toledo, Ohio/Alpharetta, Georgia from 2007-2012; and as a Zone Consultant for the Illinois Baptist State Convention in Chicago, Illinois from 2014-2018.

Each of the previously mentioned ministries has allowed me to serve men, women, and children throughout the years with the goal of equipping or developing them in the following areas: Parenting and Family; Marriage; Discipleship; Witnessing; and the like.

Since, 2019, my primary emphasis or focus has been on the development of fathers through our newly established Father Engagement Program.

The Father Initiative

Creating a world in which every child has a 24/7 Dad and working to end father absence. Underlying many of society's most pressing challenges is a lack of father involvement in their children's lives. Helping organizations and communities by equipping them to intentionally and proactively engage fathers in their children's lives. The vision is for every child to grow up with an involved, responsible, and committed father.

Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic is a nonprofit that provides free legal advice, representation, and education to low-income Hoosiers of all backgrounds as a way of demonstrating Christ’s love. Their wide variety of practice areas includes: housing/foreclosure, landlord/tenant, immigration, bankruptcy, consumer/debt, wills/estates, expungement, and tax controversies.
